Biography

Je suis maître de conférences en Physiologie végétale à l'Université de Bordeaux depuis 2000. Mes travaux portent sur le métabolisme et la physiologie des fruits et leur impact sur la croissance, la production de biomasse et la qualité nutritionnelle. Mon lieu de recherche privilégié est l'INRAE, dans l'équipe de recherche Métabolisme, qui collabore avec plusieurs instituts professionnels (INVENIO, ASTHREDOR, CTIFL...). Actuellement, je suis impliquée dans un des Grands programmes de Recherche Bordeaux Plant Science de l'université de Bordeaux (axe "Phytostim").
Je suis membre depuis sa création de la Plateforme MetaboHUB Bordeaux, une structure dédiée à l’analyse du métabolome des plantes et j'adhère au réseau français de métabolomique et de fluxomique (RFMF). Depuis septembre 2021, je suis co-responsable Qualité du système management de la Plateforme Bordeaux Metabolome certifiée ISO 9001:2015.
J'enseigne la biologie et la physiologie végétale et la biostatistique à l'Université de Bordeaux en Licence et en Master. J'ai été attachée temporaire à l’enseignement et à recherche (ATER) à l'Université de Bordeaux dans l'équipe de recherche Génie des Procédés de Périgueux (ERAP 1999 à 2001) et à l’Université de Montpellier dans l'équipe de recherche en horticulture à l'INRA d'Avignon (UGALF 1994/1995) ; doctorante à l'Université de Montpellier dans l'équipe de recherche BIOTROP au CIRAD (1990 à 1993). J'ai obtenu la bourse Dufrenoy de l'Académie d'Agriculture de France pour ses travaux sur l'hybridation des agrumes en collaboration avec le professeur J.W. Grosser du Citrus Research & Education Center de l’Université de Gainsville, USA (CREC 1992).
