Biography

Dr. Iker Martínez de Soria (male) is Head of Digital Engineering & Skills team at TECNALIA having obtained his PhD in Information Technology from the University of Deusto (UD) in October 2012, an MBA from the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) in March 2015 and a Master’s Degree in Information Technologies and Communications in Mobile Networks from the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) in December 2007. With more than 17 years of professional experience, the last 12 years has worked in Tecnalia performing different functions. The research areas where Iker has a deep knowledge are: software and systems engineering, software process improvement, maturity models, metrics and indicators, technical debt and evaluation and certification of digital skills.
