Biography
Abdul-Razak is a versatile and passionate researcher dedicated to making generational impacts. He is a casual academic pursuing a PhD at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University (ECU). He is also a sessional academic at Murdoch University, a research network member of the USAID-RTAC, and an HDR member of ECU's Strategic Research Centre for People, Place & Planet. Prior to joining ECU, he was an adjunct lecturer and a private HRM consultant in Ghana. His research interests and publications span diverse topics, including Green HRM Practices, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Organisational Leadership and Development, and Employee Wellbeing. He is a social mixer who enjoys interacting with people and bringing his unique perspectives to the table. Through his academic journey and scientific inquiry, Abdul-Razak aims to contribute towards creating positive societal change and leaving a lasting legacy for generations yet unborn.
