Expert in Animal Experimentation, Experimental Neuroscience Coordinator for INSERM's national “Aging” plan, Neuroscience, Endocrinology, Integrative Physiology, Metabolism, Animal Behavior, Autophagy, Platform design for animal experimentation, Human, technical and financial management of the platforms department

Biography

Specialist in Endocrinology and Neurophysiology, I obtained my PhD in the field of “Life and Health Sciences”.

My career path spans 26 years of varied professional experiences in the fields of scientific research (2 Post-Docs : 6 years) and the design and management of experimental platforms (Engineer position at INSERM since 2009).

During my various professional experiences, my research activities were firstly realized with a 10 years of Pharmaceutical Industry collaborations (PhD - Postdocs). In my Ingeneer fposition at INSERM, I designed and managed Animal Experimentation (AE) platforms for 9 years. All my professional experiences have led me to focus on the importance of AE in the use of animal models in Biomedical Research, and have enabled me to develop recognized expertise in Integrative Neurobiology. I am interesting by the cross-talk between the brain and peripheral organs in the neuro-Metabolism regulation (Endocrinology).

Today, my engineering role is being put to good use in the technical and experimental coordination of the Neurosciences part of INSERM's major international cross-disciplinary “Aging” plan.
