Biography

Ferhat Bozkurt was born in Erzurum, Turkey in 1982. He received Computer Engineering degree from Dokuz Eylül University, İzmir, in 2007, the M.Sc. degree from Atatürk University, Erzurum, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, in 2018. From 2007 to 2010, he was a software developer at a company. From 2011 to 2018, he was a research assistant at department of computer engineering, Ataturk University. From 2019 to 2022, he was an Assistant Professor at department of computer engineering, Ataturk University. Since 2022, he has been an Associate Professor with the department of computer engineering, Ataturk University. His research interests include medical image processing, computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
