Biography
Antonio Quintero-Rincón is a research professor at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and consultant in brain sciences and machine learning. He was a researcher professor and head researcher at CITeS laboratory (Innovation Center for Health Technologies) at Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA) from the Bioengineering Department for 13 years. He received his MSc from the National University of La Plata (UNLP) in 2015 and a Ph.D. in engineering from ITBA in 2019. Also was a postdoctoral fellow researcher at the Foundation for the Fight against Pediatric Neurological Disease (FLENI) in Argentina, and in the Laboratory of Technological Research in Pattern Recognition (LITRP) at the Catholic University of the Maule in Chile. His research interests include issues related to EEG signal processing, pattern recognition, signal detection, neuroscience, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
