Biography

Qi Zou is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. His research interests include digital governance, non-traditional security, emergency management, and public policy. He is the invited reviewer for the Sustainable Cities and Society, the Journal of Medical Internet Research and the Acta Psychologica. He won the Second Prize of the 2021 Annual Conference of the Chinese Public Administration Society.
