Biography
Innocent Mugudamani is a registered candidate natural scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions and a part-time lecturer at the Central University of Technology, Free State. He holds a PhD from the Central University of Technology, Free State. During the course of his professional career, He worked as a safety officer, environmental manager, and an exploration geologist. He has a keen interest in the impact of environmental factors on public health. His main expertise is in urban geochemistry and assessing the risks associated with exposure to environmental contaminants particularly emerging contaminants and toxic substances. Dr Innocent Mugudamani has authored/co-authored numerous research articles in accredited journals in the form of book, book chapters, peer-reviewed articles as well as technical reports to industries. He has also served as a reviewer in the peer reviewed journal and is also responsible for supervision/co-supervision of postgraduate students.
