Biography

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (1996), MSc (2003), PhD (2007) in Ocean Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and Pos Doctoral at University of Sydney - Australia. Currently working as a lecturer at the University Estacio de Sa and as a researcher at the National School of Public Health (ENSP) - Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FIOCRUZ). It operates in research related to the use of green roofs in mitigating temperature, urban drainage and water quality. He has experience in computational modelling environment, working mainly in coastal circulation, oil spills, sewage outfalls and considering the simultaneous influence of environmental factors in the decay of faecal indicator bacteria.
