I am Adugna Lamessa, a lecturer at Haramaya University in Ethiopia with over six years of experience. I served as the associate director of emergency medicine, ACCPM, and have expertise in emergency management, critical care medicine, authored several publications and contributed to the field of internal medicine. I have excelled in diverse roles, including research and leadership, and I am a dedicated, patient-centered medical doctor. I am passionate about student advocacy and creating programs that inspire student growth and success with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with students and quickly create a welcoming environment. I love nothing more than immersing myself in engaging academic research writing and uncovering rare clinical cases in my expertise. I am also passionate about bridging the gap between scientific research and clinical application, striving to enhance healthcare outcomes.
