Biography

Anton B. Petrochenkov received engineer degree in 1999, Ph.D. degree in technical science in 2003, respectively, from Perm State Technical University (Perm, Russia) and Dr.Eng. of Sc. (Dr.Habil) from National University of Science and Technology MISIS (Moscow, Russia) in 2020.
Since 2020, he has been the professor of the Microprocessor Automation Means Chair, Electrical Engineering Faculty, Perm National Research Polytechnic University. He is the author of more than 10 books and 200 articles. His research interests include automation and control systems, continuous acquisition and life cycle support of electrotechnical complexes, power engineering. He holds more than 30 patents.
Mr. Petrochenkov was a recipient of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research Grant in 2020-2022, 2014-2016, and of the President of the Russian Federation Young Ph.D. Grants in 2011-2012, 2008-2009. His awards and honors include the Officer Medal (Belgium) in 2015, Chevalier Medal (Belgium) in 2012, Gold and Silver medals in 2015, 2014, 2012, 2011, 2009 and 2004 of the Innova/Eureka! Fairs in Brussels (Belgium), Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in 2019, 2010-2016, 2022, 2023 of the Moscow international Salon of inventions and innovation technologies "Archimedes", International Federation of Inventors’ Associations Cup for the best Russian invention in 2007 (Moscow, Russia).
