Biography

Teaching and research both contribute extensively to career development in the field of animal and livestock sciences. Undergraduate and graduate teaching programs in physiology and biochemistry in the animal reproduction discipline provide extensive knowledge for applications in proteomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics and genomics in research. As a mid-career researcher working in the field of reproductive endocrinology with both mice and farm animals such as excess ovarian androgen, gonad angiogenesis, and ovarian transcriptome, aiming to study follicle development and reproductive longevity and focusing on the implications of systemic aging and translation biology.
