Biography

Prof. Sheldon has 35+ years professional experience in software engineering and computer science engaged as an engineer, principal investigator, research scientist, business developer, faculty and academic administrator. He's coauthored 250+ articles, 12 editorships, 3 US Patents and chaired, facilitated and participated in numerous National R&D venues including invited speaker, panelist and moderator. His research interests for the last 15 yrs are focused on cyber and information security. He enjoys teaching upper division and graduate level courses. He completed his CS undergrad at the U. Minnesota Twin Cities and graduate degrees at the U. Texas Arlington.
