Biography

Dr. Jean Claude Ndayishimiye is an environmental scientist and senior lecturer at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU). He earned his M.Phil. degree in Applied Geology from Annamalai University, India, in 2015 and a Ph.D. degree in environmental science from the University of Chinese Academy, China, in 2020. With a robust research and academic foundation, Dr. Ndayishimiye undertook a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Biology, Faculty of Biology, SMBU, where his exemplary research skills proved crucial. His research interests span a broad spectrum within environmental science, covering environmental change, global sustainability, soil and water remediation, and ecology, including microbial community dynamics in urban, aquatic, and soil ecosystems
