Biography

I'm a PhD Horticulture scholar. I have an insatiable curiosity for knowledge and am committed to expanding my horizons via exploration and research. Variables impacting the shelf life and quality (both consumer and nutritive aspects) of fruits are of particular interest to me, as is the evaluation of postharvest factors affecting quality and understanding physiological and biochemical processes. My prime goal is to assist the agricultural sector by addressing issues in the fresh food supply and value chain, which includes providing workable alternatives.
