Biography

DONG-NHAT NGUYEN (S’15–M’19) received the BEng (Hons) and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from University of Nottingham, Malaysia in 2014 and 2018, respectively. From 2018 to 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Wireless and Fiber Optics Group at CTU in Prague, Czech Republic involving in EU projects on microwave photonic links. During spring 2017 and summer 2020, he was a Visiting Researcher at KAIST, South Korea and UPV, Spain, respectively. His research interests include the seamless convergence of RF/Fiber/FSO for beyond 5G networks and computer simulation of lightwave communications systems.
