Biography

Prof. Dr. Bilgin icel (former surname: Guller), has been working as head of Design Department at Canakkale Onsekizmart University since 2017. Previous affiliation was Suleyman Demirel University, she had worked there for nineteen years at different academic positions. She made a post-doc researche at NorthCarolina State University ,USA between 2007-2008.
