Biography

Born in 1990 in Belgrade. Finished High School of Music “St. St. Mokranjac” in Belgrade. Graduated from Faculty of Music in Belgrade in 2011, department of Music Pedagogy, with average score of 8,80. In 2011 enrolled in Master Academic Studies and graduated in 2013, at Faculty of Music in Belgrade, department of Music Theory with average score of 9,89 and with score of 10 for Master Thesis “Polystylistics in Kreislers pieces for violin and piano” under mentoring of professor Svetislav Božić. In 2013 enrolled in Doctoral Studies at Faculty of Philology, module Culture and in May 2016 granted her doctoral dissertation titled Cultural institutions (libraries, archives, museums) and cultural events in Novi Pazar from 1945 to 1991: archival - museological, documenting and cultural approach, mentor Dr. Bojan Đorđević.
Also, at many occasions during studies, was a scholar of Ministry of Education of RS.
From April 2013 is employed by The Institute of Ethnography SASA and since then with six months is working on project Interdisciplinary research of Serbian cultural and linguistic heritage. Creation of multimedia web-portal "The lexicon of Serbian Culture" (47016), with Ivica Todorović PhD as the manager of the project. The other six months is working on project Identity strategies: Contemporary Culture and Religiosity (177028), with Aleksandra Pavićević PhD as the manager of the project.
Author of a few original papers and a few entries. Currently, her work is based on exploration of bells in Serbian folk tradition as well as in other segments where bell is appearing. Other interests are historical and current Cultural-social life of Novi Pazar.
Speaks and uses English, French and Russian literature.
