Biography
I completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Forestry from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. With hands-on experience in urban biodiversity and climate change adaptation research, I am passionate about research in urban forest ecosystems and their role in climate change adaptation, biodiversity conservation, enhancing human well-being, and sustainable urban development.
My career began as a Forestry Officer at the Center for Natural Resource Studies (CNRS), where I contributed to a Disaster Risk Reduction program in the Rohingya Refugee Camp. I then took on the role of Plantation Officer in the Bamboo for Climate Action Project - Phase 1, further deepening my expertise in nature-based solutions.
Through my academic and professional experiences, I have developed skills in research, project management, and effective communication while collaborating with communities. I am eager to continue exploring diverse opportunities and thrive in a challenging environment where I can contribute my knowledge and grow professionally.
