Biography
Dr. Lin Luo got his Ph. D of Food Science from South China Agricultural University in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, he worked with Prof. Yuehe Lin at Washington State University as a visiting scholar. He is now an associate professor at College of Food Science, South China Agricultural University. His main research interest focuses on design and synthesis of hapten, and antibody production against food containments, development of immunoassays and sensors for food safety detection. Till now, He has about 30 publications in the field of food safety and detection.
