Biography

I'm a Professor at the Institute of Biology in the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil. I'm interested in understanding how ecological interactions are organized in nature and how they shape the functioning of ecological systems, affecting diversity at local and regional scales and in ecological and deep time. I'm also an outdoor enthusiast and amateur wildlife photographer.
