Keith is an Associate Clinical Scientist at the Roy Romanow Provincial Laboratory in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. His areas of research includes microbial genomics and computational biology. Keith has expertise in Salmonella/bacterial biofilms, genomic epidemiology, Illumina/Nanopore sequencing, whole genome sequencing, and de novo bacterial/viral genome assembly.
