Biography
Dr. Raj Kumar earned his B.Sc. (Honors) and M.Sc. in physics from University of Delhi, India. He got experience in “Synthesis of phosphor and nano phosphor materials doped with Lanthanide materials, characterization, surface morphological and optical study, for solar cell, PDP’s and energy saving devices application at National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi, India. He earned his PhD in Materials for Engineering at CNR sensor Lab, Department of Information of Engineering, University of Brescia, Italy. He did his post doc at sensors group department of electronics engineering, University of “Tor Vergata”, Italy. He has PG diploma in IPR and high interest in IP, IP innovation management, technology transfer/commercialisation and IPR Law. His research activity focused on MOX materials for chemical gas sensors and optoelectronic devices (LED). He worked as post doc and got experience on QCM sensors and QCM based electronic nose for food and medical applications at department of electronic engineering University of Rome Tor vegata. Presently he is working as a postdoc researcher on oxide based solar cell devices at Department of Physics/Center for Materials Science and Nanotechnology (SMN), University of Oslo, Oslo, Norway. He is the author and co-author in many research articles published in international journal and conferences. He is a member in editorial board and reviewer in different international journals. Presently he is working on oxide based heterojunction solar cell in SMN and LENS group department of physics, faculty of Mathematical and Natural sciences, University of Oslo, Norway.
