Biography
Ahmed Hagag (IEEE M’13) received the B.Sc. (Honors) in pure mathematics and computer science from the Faculty of Science, Menoufia University, Egypt, in 2008, and he received his M.Sc. in computer science from the same university in 2013. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China, in 2017. He joined the teaching staff of the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology, Egyptian E-Learning University (EELU), Cairo, Egypt, in 2009, where he is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Benha University. He has authored or co-authored of several technical journal and conference papers. His current research interests are image processing, and remote sensing image interpretation, especially compression, classification, and wireless communication.
