Biography

Mohammed Ali, Ph.D. in computer vision with deep learning and machine learning from the Universities of Rovira and Virgili, Spain.

He has more than 15 years of experience as a computer science lecturer in many subjects: Systems analysis, C++, PL/SQL, PHP with MySQL, and visual programming.

In the Ph.D. Between 2019 and 2022, he focused on deep learning and machine learning to analyze medical images (segmentation, prediction, and classification) with Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, OpenCV, Numpy, and PIL.

Currently, working as a postdoctoral research assistant in computational genomics as a visitor from the Institute BioEngineering of Catalonia (IBEC) at Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) in the computational genomics group, life sciences department.

His research focuses on preventing and predicting human chronic disease through medical images, genetic variants, and environmental variables.

He has many publications in different conferences and journals.
Also, he is self-motivated, teamwork, and respects the rules of work.
