Biography
I got my PhD in Physics from the Universidad de Chile in 2015. I am interested in the applications of computer simulations of the atomic scale to the prediction and elucidation of materials properties. This includes classical molecular dynamics (for we have developed our own software, www.lpmd.cl) and ab-initio calculations.
The specific area of study of my thesis is the materials on extreme conditions, like the interior of planets.
