Biography

My research examines individual differences in visual attention and social perception in human and monkey infants. The primary goal of my research program is to examine individual differences in face-to-face skills (e.g., facial identity recognition, neonatal imitation, action understanding) and to determine the contributions of evolutionary pressures and early experiences in shaping those skills.
