Biography

Nikolina Dreven, Ph.D. Socio. is a Senior Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb. She teaches seminar classes in organization, management, and organizational behavior courses in various study programs. She finished a doctoral study of business economics at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb. She is particularly interested in the field of management and organizational behavior, with particular emphasis on the study of stewardship climate and employee attitudes.
