Biography

Comprehensive knowledge of basic principles of clinical and preclinical drug development, derived from extensive graduate training in Pharmacology. Conducted research focused on the neuroprotective mechanism of Pharmacological preconditioning, Alzheimer, Parkinsonism. As Pharmacological preconditioning plays an important role in neurodegenerative disorders so extensive information, regarding protective role of adenosine, Opioid, CGRP, calcium, protein kinase-C, heat shock proteins and MAP kinase as triggering mechanism in Pharmacological preconditioning, is provided. Research is oriented to find out the noval pathways of Pharmacological preconditioning in neurodegenerative disorders and drug dependence such as brain stroke by using various drugs like Morphine, Capsaicin. Mechanistic studies related with drug dependence like Nicotine, Alcohol and Morphine dependence. Key research expertise areas include: Animal models development and validation. Neurodegenerative disorders (Stroke, Epilepsy, Dementia, Alzheimer & Parkinson), substance dependence Nicotine dependence, Morphine dependence, Alcohol dependence, ALS, Stem cell Therapy, Tradive Dyskinesaia Parkinson, Preconditioning and anesthetic techniques, histopathological and various behavioral data evaluation
