Sofia - Natalia Boemi

Biography

Dr. Sofia – Natalia Boemi is a Post-Doc Researcher since the September 2014 at the Aristotle University's Mechanical Engineering Department, Greece. Also, she was a lecturer at the M.Sc. Program “Environmental Engineering and Science”, DUTH (2016-2019). At 2014 she was awarded with a postdoctoral scholarship of excellence for the problem of energy poverty from the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY). During 2013-2014 she was the only foreigner student granted with a Postdoctoral scholarship about energy performance of the built environment and its policies at INEGI, an institution affiliated to the University of Porto (UP) that is devoted to industry and oriented to Research and Technology. She obtained her Doctorate in environmental and energy management in the building sector of hotel in 2011. From 2006 until 2012 she was a Senior Research Assistant at the Aristotle University's Mechanical Engineering Department, Greece. In parallel, she was an external collaborator at the consultant company “Alpha MENTOR Ltd”. Chairman of 1 International Conference, editor of 2 books “, author of 13 journal paper, 5 book chapters and 28 paper at national and international conference papers. Reviewer at 11 scientific journals, Researcher and deputy project manager at 21 National or European Projects.
