Biography

received the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Autonomous University od Tamaulipas (UAT), in 2013 and 2020, respectively.In 2012 he was a Scientific Visit to the ESIEE (École supérieure d'ingénieurs en électrotechnique et électronique) in Amiens, France. In 2017 and 2018, he was a Scientific Visit with the Sensors Laboratory, Public University of Navarra (UPNA) in Pamplona, Spain. His research interests include optical fiber sensors and embedded systems. He is the UAT Best Thesis Award Winner “Lic. Natividad Garza Leal” in engineering area as Director of M.Sc., and as Ph.D. Author, both in the 2021. Currently, he is a full-time professor at the at the UAMRR-UAT. He is also member of the Academic Group "Computational Technologies"(UAT-CA-188). Also, he is researcher member of the National Researchers System (SNI) from the National Science and Technology Council in Mexico (CONACYT). And IEEE Member since 2022.
