Biography

I am a Lecturer in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Queen’s University Belfast. Prior to this appointment, I was a research fellow at the Department of Chemical Engineering, University College London (2021-2023) and Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford (2018-2021). I received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2018 from National University of Singapore and Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. My research focuses on multiscale and multi-physics of battery research, from characterisation and diagnostics to modelling and thermal management.
