Biography

Dr. Samia Jamshed is an Associate professor in the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences with over 18 years of diversified experience as an academician, researcher, and management consultant. Her research appears in top-tier international ISI & SCOPUS INDEXED peer-reviewed journals with an accumulated impact factor of 25.722 with 1000 plus citations. She has served as a member of the editorial review boards of the reputed journals published. She has attended symposiums of the American Academy of Continuing Medical Education (AACME) on the topics of Leadership & Management Skills; Medical Negligence & Liability Symposia. Besides this, she has participated in many national & international seminars, and conferences as a keynote speaker, trainer, and session chair. Recently she has been awarded Emerald Literati Award 2020 for outstanding paper contribution in the journal of Knowledge management. Moreover, she has been awarded as Distinguished Research award 2020 at Superior University. Her research interests include Human Resources Management, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Knowledge Management, Team working, Big Data Management, and Green HRM influencing environmental sustainability. Hands-on experience Supervising Ph.D. and MPhil scholars as an HEC-approved supervisor.
