Biography

Xiaoli Lu is full Professor of microelectronics and solid-state electronics in the Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Technology Key Lab in Xidian University. He received B.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in University of Science and Technology of China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. Then he worked as a postdoctor in many institutes including Nanyang Technological University, National Institute of Standards and Technology (Boulder, U.S.) and Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics (Halle). He joined Xidian University in 2011. He has coauthored 2 book chapters, and more than 40 peer-reviewed papers. His current research interests include 1) MOCVD epitaxy of ultra wide bandgap semiconductor Ga2O3 and related power electronic devices; 2) narrowband high-power microwave generator based on photoconductive semiconductor switch.
