Biography

I am a versatile researcher working at the interface of various scientific fields such as analytical chemistry, metabolomics, biomarker studies and microbiology. Currently, I am enhancing my skills regarding molecular biology and drug design, but I remain open for new opportunities from both academic and industrial environments.
My desired future directions and development:
- investigation of biomarkers of rare metabolic and genomic diseases i.e. Alzheimer disease, cancer, peroxisomal disorders
- development of new biosensors for measurement of compounds of interest "on-line" from human body
- monitoring of paths of selected compounds metabolized by human system i.e. drugs or diseases indicators
- drug design using AI tools and chemical modifications of drugs
- investigation of human cell metabolism
