Biography

I am a Postgraduate researcher and Irish Research Council (IRC) awardee PhD candidate at University College Dublin. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering (2018) from the University of São Paulo (FZEA), with an Academic Exchange period (2013-2014) in Food Science and Technology at University of California, Davis (USA) and an internship abroad at ONIRIS - Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire, Agroalimentaire et de l'Alimentation, Nantes, France. I also have experience in the meat processing industry (Hormel Foods) working with Quality Assurance.
