Biography
Vincenzo Bellantone holds a Ph.D. in Physics (2009) from Università Del Salento and a MSc degree in Physics (2004) from Università degli Studi di Bari. From 2009 to June 2010 he was a postdoc research fellow at University of Salento and part of "Laboratorio Aerosol e Clima" research team. He was actually employed in aerosol monitoring, involving the use of a LIDAR system and in the study of their effect on atmospheric pollution and climate. From July 2010 he joined the MEDIS research group at CNR-ITIA (now CNR-STIIMA) till to November 2017. Its temporary position ended and for thirteen months he devoted to teaching scientific learning in high school . From December 2018, he returned at CNR-STIIMA with permanent research position. His main research interests are Micro injection moulding process, polymer flows in micro cavities, Design of experiments, Micro components characterization, FEM simulation.
