Biography

Madelin Gomez-Leon is a demographer scientist with a Ph.D. in Demography (Autonomous University of Barcelona-UAB, 2013). She is Lecturer at Pompeu Fabra University and associated researcher at the CNSC Research Group (Open University of Catalonia-UOC, Spain) and University of Southampton (UK).
Her research interests focus on intergenerational exchange of support, consequences of population ageing, life expectancy and healthy life expectancy and transitions to retirement.
