Biography

Slavoljub Šljivić was born in 1959 in Kruševac, Republic of Serbia, where he completed elementary school and high school. He obtained all his academic titles at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, University of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, namely: Bachelor of Economics (1982); Master of Economic Sciences (1989) and Doctor of Economic Sciences (2002).

Dr. Slavoljub Šljivić has 39 years of work experience, of which 13 years in business and 26 years in higher education. When it comes to higher education, Dr. Slavoljub Šljivić worked in several higher education institutions, namely: College of Vocational Studies for Business and Industrial Management Krusevac (1995.-2008.); Military Technical Academy - Department of logistics, Belgrade (2003.-2005.); Technical Faculty in Čačak (2008.-20011.), and Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship Belgrade (2011-to present).

Areas of scientific interest: business economics; accounting; corporate finance and governance; economic development.
