Biography

My professional expertise centres on Biological, Pharmacological, and Pharmaceutical sciences. I have cultivated such cross-disciplinary studies through my educational journey at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Technion, Monash University, and RMIT University. I commenced my academic path with a focus on physiology, followed by pursuing a master's degree in pharmacology and subsequently achieving a Pharmacy degree. Expanding upon this foundation, I completed a postgraduate program in Science and Biotechnology before accomplishing my PhD, specializing in advanced orally controlled drug delivery systems for biologics.

My career has been marked by diversity, commencing as a medical laboratory scientist and later transitioning into a commercial role at Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals. Subsequently, I accumulated over fifteen years of experience practising pharmacy in various community and hospital settings. This journey culminated in establishing AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL SUPPLIES (AIMS), which eventually evolved into the central entity of AIMS Medical Group after introducing its inaugural AIMS retail pharmacy.

My primary focus is research and knowledge-sharing as a pharmacologist and a pharmaceutics lecturer. I am deeply engaged in research endeavours aimed at pioneering innovative methodologies for the delivery of biologics. I have successfully filed a PCT patent application titled "FORMULATIONS FOR DELIVERY OF BIOACTIVE AGENTS" and coauthored several publications spanning diverse domains, including pharmacological sciences, molecular cell signalling and oncology, biophysics and drug delivery systems.
