Biography

Bei Wang is currently a Associate Research Scholar at Princeton University. She received her PhD degrees in Computational Science and Engineering from Department of Applied Science, University of California at Davis in 2011. Her current research interests include advanced algorithm (meshless methods, particle in cell methods) and large-scale software development for complex PDEs in fluid dynamics and plasma physics, with a special focus on gyrokinetic PIC simulations of microturbulence in magnetic confinement plasmas.
