Biography

Simone Palazzo was born in Atina (FR), Italy, in 1995. He received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, Cassino, Italy, in 2017, 2019 and 2023, respectively. From April to September 2022 he was a Visiting Researcher with Christian-Albrechts University, Kiel, Germany. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Cassino, from February to September 2023, where he is currently a Research fellow and his main interests include characterization, modeling and robustness of WBG devices and their integration in power converters.
