Biography

Dorsa Rahparast was born in 1997 in Tehran, Iran, where she currently resides.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Water Engineering from the University of Tehran (2015–2019) and later pursued a Master’s degree in Water Engineering (Water Resources) at the same university (2020–2023).
In 2024, she participated in the 33rd Research and Technology Festival of the University of Tehran, where she was recognized for having the best master’s thesis. Her thesis, titled “Assessment of the Water-Food-Energy-Environment Nexus in Agricultural Water Delivery and Distribution Systems Using Clustering Methods and Considering Uncertainties,” focused on integrated resource management.
Currently, Dorsa works as a Technical Expert in the Urban Water Distribution Network sector at Rey Ab Consulting Engineers. She is proficient in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and WaterGEMS.
Her passion for research grew after completing her thesis. She has published two English papers and three Persian papers and is currently working on two additional English papers. Her research primarily explores the Water-Food-Energy Nexus and agricultural water delivery and distribution systems.
