Biography
Director (GS15/SVP), Research and Analysis Directorate, US Army Center for Initial Military Training, Fort Eustis, Virginia. Responsible to lead all analysis of training and development for initial entry Soldiers, recently commissioned and appointed junior officers, and warrant officers at 27 installations across the United States. Responsible for Physical Fitness doctrine and development of programs, evaluations and test of fitness for entire US Army. Directs, coordinates & provides senior leadership to subordinate division, IMT CoE staff. Directs, evaluates, & conducts a continuous review of action attainment versus established objectives. Initiates & recommends actions to reverse negative initial military training gaps or trends. Develops & recommends budgetary requirements, taking into consideration current & anticipated program requirements, equipment, personnel, & strategic plans. Interprets DoD & HQDA policies based on regulations, management principles & ethics governing the conduct of work. Conducts analysis of Army-wide training and human dimension systems and programs to ensure maximum efficiency and value of missions performed by the Army Training Centers (ATCs) & the Proponent Commanders responsibilities for initial military training. Manages the development & execution of Training research & analysis. Verifies & validates all research and analysis.
